When I started with Coach Deb in 2009, I found the help I had been so desperately searching for. Deb stood by me and helped me through one of the most difficult years of my life. She helped me find and see the self-inflicted wounds and realize how they affected every facet of my life. She challenged my beliefs about myself every step of the way, and did it with such love, compassion and unconditional acceptance that I never felt threatened or jedged or looked down upon. She helped me to start not only liking, but loving all of me for the first time in my life. She helped me realize that I could be different – and helped me to take the first steps necessary to changing things in me and my life.

I have sought various forms of coaching over the years, from classes to counseling and more. Debbie Leoni’s approach really turned on the lights. Working with my own goals and heart’s greatest desires, she cut right to my real visions and needs with laser-like precision. Her direct, warm, informed approach would wake up anyone who wishes to leave the slumber of mediocrity, (and settling for less than greatness in their life), behind.
